GETTING STARTED

CTC has lockers located on each site at our partnering property locations. Each resident is provided with bags for laundry and dry cleaning services. Just simply place and lock them inside one of our lockers.

To drop off your clothes for delivery:

  1. Place clothes in an open, empty locker and shut the door
  2. On the lock, Press C, enter a four-digit code of your choice, then the key sign
  3. Should you need to re-enter the locker, simply enter the code you previously entered, then the key sign

Pick-up and delivery times are specific to each residence. To find out the designated times within your residence, you can:

  1. Visit the lockers located in our apartment community
  2. Ask your Leasing Manager for pick-up and delivery times
  3. Reach out to us through the Contact Us Page, or give us a call at 1.938.4CTC (1.866.938.4282)

Yes, we do! Our Welcome Kit contains:

  • Two bags for each service, one for Wash & Fold, one for Dry Cleaning
  • A pamphlet that details our pick-up and delivery service

Should you need a replacement bag, please:

  • Visit your property managers in the leasing office to see if they have any on hand, OR
  • Reach out to us through the Contact Us Page, or call us at 1.938.4CTC (1.866.938.4282)

If you are a resident at one of our partnering apartment communities, your leasing agent will assist you in signing up for the service at the time of leasing your apartment, and will provide you our Welcome Kit when moving in. If you did not receive a Welcome Kit, please:

  • Reach out to your property managers in the leasing office,
  • Write to us through our Contact Us page, or,
  • Call us at 1.938.4CTC (1.866.938.4282)

We currently only service the residents of our partnering apartment communities. If your property does not provide our service, please feel free to contact us so we may discuss future partnerships with your community.

PRICING & BILLING

We will charge the debit or credit card provided for the services used at the time of delivery.

We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX.

The privacy of your information is our number one priority. We utilize the services provided by our merchant to secure all information provided from our clients. Additionally, your credit card information is NEVER visible to our employees and is stored on a secure server.

For Dry Cleaning: There is no minimum number of garments required. Just put whatever you need cleaned in the provided Dry Cleaning Bag and our CTC associate will pick up and deliver them within 24 hours.

For Wash & Fold Services: Weight minimums may be assessed based in your area. Please be sure to visit the Services and Pricing for your location.

DELIVERY

There are two options for delivery:

  1. CTC can deliver the items directly to your home. This is our preferred method of delivery.
  2. CTC will deliver your clothes to our delivery lockers, which are placed within your community. The lockers are built with a digital coded lock. The code will be sent to you in a secured email once your garments are delivered.
  1. You will receive an email stating which locker your clothes were delivered to, and the locker code needed to retrieve them.
  2. On the lock, Press C, enter the four-digit code provided in the delivery email, then the key sign.
  3. Retrieve your items, and leave the door unlocked for future deliveries.

Pickup and delivery times are specific to each residence; however, our standard turnaround time is 24 hours Monday through Thursday. Friday pickups will not be delivered until the next Monday. Currently, no deliveries are made on Saturday or Sunday

Specialty items may require additional processing time to ensure the integrity and quality of the garment.

Should you not receive any article of clothing back or your clothes come back damaged, you are not completely satisfied with your order, or if something went wrong, please contact our friendly customer support staff immediately.
